Bridal Boutique FAQs
During your bridal appointment, you will work one-on-one with a professional bridal consultant dedicated to helping you find your dream wedding dress. Together, you’ll browse our curated collection of bridal gowns, and your consultant will assist you with trying them on—bridal gowns definitely require a helping hand!
Bridal appointments are recommended to ensure the best experience, but walk-ins are always welcome!
Yes. There is a $50 appointment fee, which is applied toward the purchase of your gown. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled will result in the forfeiture of the $50 fee.
Bridal appointments last 1.5 hours.
Our wedding dresses range from $499 to $2,500. We offer gowns for a variety of budgets! Please contact our bridal boutique for detailed pricing or designer information.
Standard shipping timelines range from 3–7 months, depending on the designer, customization, and availability. Rush shipping options may be available—please call for details.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on purchased items.
We recommend bringing appropriate undergarments, shoes (if you have them), and any sentimental or special items you’d like to incorporate into your bridal look.
We recommend bringing 3–4 guests. This helps keep the focus on you and makes the experience more enjoyable and stress-free!
Yes. If you have a preferred bridal consultant, please note this in your appointment request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

We recommend beginning wedding dress shopping as soon as your venue is secured—typically 9–12 months before your wedding date.
Rush Wedding Dress Orders
Not at all. We carry a large selection of gowns available off the rack, and many designers offer rush shipping options for an additional fee.
Wedding Dress Payment & Financing

Wedding Gown Preservation

Our prom dresses are available to try on in sizes 000–30.

Tuxedo & Suit FAQs
Yes. Dreams Boutique offers both tuxedo and suit rentals as well as purchase options, with many styles available in both.
The bride and groom should visit the boutique first to select a style for the wedding party before measurements are taken.
Walk-ins are welcome, but scheduling an appointment is recommended to ensure a quick, seamless experience.
We offer drop shipping for out-of-state party members. Please call the boutique with measurements, and the tuxedo or suit will be shipped directly to their door.
Yes. Tuxedos typically arrive about one week before your event. Please try on your tux as soon as possible so any adjustments or replacements can be ordered.
To avoid rush shipping fees, please schedule measurements at least one month prior to your event.
All tuxedo rentals must be returned by the Sunday following your event to avoid late fees.
